Stacey meets each client with an energy of curiosity, warmth, and acceptance. She strives to create an environment that feels safe to explore the many different layers of who we are and what we come to sessions with, including the pieces living beneath the surface. She assists clients in developing a deeper understanding of themselves and their unique challenges, empowering them to move forward from a place of clarity.

When working together an integrative approach is applied to each client’s case, drawing upon various modalities and training. She utilizes Internal Family Systems, Attachment, Psychodynamic, Emotionally Focused and Existential Theory. She also weaves in years of experience working as a clinical hypnotherapist and yoga/meditation teacher by introducing practices connected to mindfulness and somatic expression. Her education and professional experiences are rooted in a holistic framework which honours each aspect of our humanness – physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
